MONSTER ISLAND, Props & Vehicles (Animated feature)

ISLA CALACA AKA "Monster Island" AKA "La isla de los monstruos" is the 2017 animated feature I've worked on from Anima Etudios. I got the chance to work here while layouting and painting BGs for Pig Goat Banana Cricket (2015) and working in a couple of other projects ... yes, it was CRAZY at the time.
Here I got the chance to work designing props and vehicles and it was SO MUCH FUN!!
It's always a pleasure to be trusted like this: My creativity to design stuff like cookware, helmets, patterns, textures and more.
I also retouched some illustrations for frames used in the movie.

It's currently on Netflix but was released to theaters on october 2017 in Mexico, China and Spain. I hope you can all check it out.
